A: Once the return is processed, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your refund to apply to your payment method – timing can vary depending upon your banking institution

Q. What is the proper positioning of Perfect Cushion™?

A. Perfect Cushion should be placed in a comfortable position with the handle toward the back of the seat so that your tailbone is positioned over the cutout.

Q. What are the dimensions of the Perfect Cushion™?

A. The cushion is 17.16” L x 13.22” W x 2.75” H. Basic and Deluxe units are the same size, but the Deluxe has 50% more gel!

Q. How do I clean Perfect Cushion™?

A. Spot cleaning is the easiest method to clean the cushion, but the removable cover is machine washable. Please make sure you remove the cover from pillow carefully not to damage the zipper. The foam pillow must be compressed when removing and installing the pillow cover.

Q. What is the Perfect Cushion™ made out of?

A. Perfect Cushion™ has 3 layers - a high-density memory foam base, a comfort gel middle layer, and a lower-density memory foam top layer.

Q. Why is Perfect Cushion™ so hard?

As most things made out of memory foam, Perfect Cushion™ may be quite hard at first, but after a couple of uses, it will soften and contour to the shape of your body.
